Mushroom Omelette

Tonight I decided to do an omelette with a difference and It reminded me to share this simple recipe

What you need:

1x Frying Pan (this will be your mixing bowl too)

4x eggs

2x button mushrooms

Worcester sauce

Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

in a warm pan drizzle roughly 3 teaspoons of Worcester sauce and add your Pepper (i use ground Black but you can use white if you wish) and a Generous pinch of salt.

Crack 2 of the eggs into the pan and give a good stir with your utensil.

finely cut the mushrooms and add to the eggs wich will almost be  coocked by now…

crack the remaining 2 eggs into the pan and roughly mix.

leave to cook (about 2-3 mins) and flip…

after another 2-3 mins take them out of the pan.

serve them warm with or without a garnish.

N.B. If you or your guests don’t like mushrooms you can put something else in it’s place or just leave them out all together (meaning you’ll add all the eggs and stir then leave to cook instead of only 2 eggs and add mushrooms)

‘Till Next Time Enjoy Your Eggs (whatever Way You Like Them)

PEACE!

HOW 2: Make 2 Adapters form the same (or different) 2 Leads

You can use ANY 2 cables / leads for this so long as you get the wires joined right.

What we are making is essentially 1 Male to Male (Jack to Jack) lead and one Female to Female (Socket to Socket) lead. You can find them in MOST shops that sell AUX Leads / Cables, BUT the know how is handy if you don’t have any money or such a shop isn’t anywhere near you.

You will need:

H21

2x AUX Leads

2x Cables / AUX leads (in my case)

1x SHARP Crafts knife (and wire strippers if you have them)

3x colors of Electrical Insulation tape (Thin width mine was 0.75in or 2cm wide)

How to:

Use your crafts knife to cut both leads in half (doesn’t have to be perfect but you’ll want room if you make a boo boo)

match Jack to Jack ends

then strip the insulation (farther back than you need to)

double the wires over and twist together

H22.Jpg

Twist separate Wires Together

VERY IMPORTANT -.-

MAKE SURE COLORS MATCH!!!

and twist the 2 red ones together
repeat for both the other wires

Finally go CRAZY with insulation tape (even if you have soldered them together)

REMEMBER: the more tape the less movement and the less chance of you having to redo all your hard work

REPEAT  for the second (female) adapter.

DON’T FORGET: to use the adapter(s) … you’ve Made them (hopefully to use them) so USE THEM!!!

in the meantime ENJOY MAKING your adapters.

PEACE!
